SOLICITATION NUMBER: 9AZ2254 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�AZ City:�Phoenix Delineated Area: North: �Camelback Road South: �Jefferson Street At the South Eastern boundary 32nd Street meets Washington Street. Washington Street splits into Jefferson Street at S 26th Street, Jefferson Street continues West until S 7th Street where the street curves south until S 4th Street. Jefferson Street then curves back North until N 1st Street and remains straight until meeting the Western boundary at 7th Ave. East: ���32nd Street West: ��7th Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�142,796 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF):�172,000 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�91 reserved spaces plus additional spaces per code of 3/1000. Parking Spaces (Surface):�Per Building Code Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�91 Full Term:�20 Firm Term:�20 Option Term:�1- 5 Year Firm Renewal Option Additional Requirements: Loading dock required Offered space must meet Government requirements contained in both Prospectus PAZ-01-PH21 and in the RLP/Lease to be issued, including but not limited to requirements for fire-safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
