Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: This is a presolicitation notice only for the Fort Leonard Wood and LORA� Asphalt requirement. dates and times and listed below are tentative therefore subject to change. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100 percent�Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $39.5M. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting (MICC) Office, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri has an Asphalt Requirement for the Training Area and Cantonment Area of the Fort Leonard Wood Military Installation, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and at the Fort Leonard Wood Recreation Area at the Lake of the Ozarks, Linn Creek, Missouri. The areas concerned in this project are government owned and will be in use during the course of this project. The MICC anticipates making�a single award to the lowest priced responsible bidder as a result of bids submitted in response to the upcoming solicitation. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and (2) 12-month option years, delivery orders will be issued under this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials for providing and replacing asphalt surfaces and other miscellaneous items per the statement of work. All work performed shall be in accordance with the specifications provided.� 1. Repair/Replace Asphalt Surfaces, Asphalt Requirements at Fort Leonard Wood, MO and Lake of the Ozarks Recreational Area, Linn Creek, MO. Individual task orders will be issued for each project under this contract. 2. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS selected for this acquisition is 237310 with a size standard of $39.5M. 3. The magnitude of this effort is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. 4. Drawings are available electronically and will be provided with the Solicitation. Requests for hardcopy drawings will not be considered. 5. No site visit will be conducted for this project. 6. Once the solicitation is issued written questions shall be submitted to victor.e.richards.civ@mail.mil not later than 11:00am CST (local time) �12 July 2021 (tentatively) with Bids due no later than 02 August 2021 1100 am CST(tentatively) 7. Original bids will not be accepted by facsimile. Facsimile modifications or withdraws will not be permitted. 8. Contractor shall start physical performance of awarded project in accordance with the specifications and drawings as incorporated not later than close of business, 31 December 2021. (DoD FMR 7000.14-R. Vol. 3; 080305) and/or as stated in the award� and as stated within each task order. The solicitation Invitation For Bid W911S7-21-B-0001 will be available on or about 02�July 2021 on the Government Point of Entry website SAM.GOV(https://sam.gov/content/home).
