Description

All correspondences shall be directed to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. This project consists of providing full cost for materials, labor, supervision, overhead costs, and incidental items. Work to be done includes demolition of existing brick cladding; residing the office building; and the installation of insulation. Optional work includes painting of the entryway, fascia, soffits, and doors. All work shall be done by a Certified Colorado Contractor, and in compliance with building, electrical, and/or plumbing codes. **SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION AND DOCUMENTS FOR ALL PERTINENT TIMES AND SPECIFICATIONS** NOTE: IMPORTANT DATES: Site Visit 21 Jun 2021, 10:00a.m. Questions Due 25 Jun 2021, 1:00p.m. Quotes Due 30 Jun 2021, 1:00p.m.
