Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby notifies industry of the release�of Solicitation W9098S-21-R-0015�for a Modular Office purchased in accordance with RIPD E4000-20-9-28, Attachment 0001. All questions concerning this Solicitation shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist listed within�this announcement. All interested vendors shall submit their quote via email to the Contract Specialist listed in�the Solicitation and in accordance with the closing date/time to be considered for award. ***PLEASE have your CAGE Code Listed on your quote*** CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of�this, the�Government is under� no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is�therefore,�incumbent upon interested parties to� periodically�access the above internet address in order to obtain�any�amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said� amendments and to respond to them�prior to the�date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or� proposal nonresponsive�and result in�the rejection of the same.
