- Sources Sought The National Park Service requests information from vendors registered under NAICS code 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a Small Business Size Standard $16.5M for an upcoming construction requirement at Hot Springs National Park, Hot Springs, Arkansas. Project Description: Concrete Work: Work will consist of removing all associated material with the concrete walkway, curb and gutters in designated areas, to include concrete, rebar, and any other material in order to reach at least a six-inch depth for the new concrete walkway. All concrete will be 6� thick with #4 rebar on 18� centers. After the removal of the existing concrete, sub-surface will be prepared and compacted for the replacement of the new concrete walkway system. New concrete surfaces to match the initial color, finish, design and original elevation of the existing concrete. Tuckpointing Work will consist of removing loose material between the limestone steps, rail system and replacing with new material matching the existing color, texture, and tooling. Total of 3500 SF of an average of ��� height x 1�� depth.
