- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) intends to sole source Mechanical Technology Inc (MTI) Precision Signal Source Kits model number (M/N) 8000-7060 and Charge Calibration Kits M/N 8000-7152 to MTI.� MTI is the original and only known equipment manufacturer of the M/N 8000-7060, and M/N 8000-7152 that meet form, fit, and function for this application.� This notice is intended to fulfill the requirements of DFARS PGI 206.302-1. �Notwithstanding, Corona Division is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have the interest and capability to build and provide M/N 8000-7060 and M/N 8000-7152 in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number. (2) Business size for NAICS Code 334519. (3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes. (4) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW. Responses of this notice shall be submitted via email to the Procurement Specialist, Kelsey Pearce, via email at Kelsey.pearce@navy.mil no later than 12:00 PM PST on 29 June 2021. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426721R1000 in the subject line. The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socioeconomic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice.
