Number: 12305B21SS1033060 This is a Sources Sought for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and is being conducted according to FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) North East Area (NEA) issues this announcement which constitutes the only communication and quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation is not issued. � The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 Lab Equipment; small business size standard is $20.5 Mill. DELIVERY TO: USDA-ARS-ERRC, Plum Island IMPORTANT NOTICE: All contractors submitting bids, proposals, or quotes on USDA solicitations must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Failure to register in the SAM database will make an Offeror ineligible for award.� The SAM website can be accessed at www.sam.gov/portal/SAM The Government intends to post all notices/amendments related to this sources Sought on government point of entry (GPE) Contract Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov/. Any additional amendments and/or documents related to this communication will be available electronically only. Respondents will be responsible for downloading their own copy of those documents related to this procurement, if any. Respondents are encouraged to check the FBO web site frequently in order to be notified of any changes. Interested vendors should reference the documents for all submission requirements.� The Government intends to award a Firm fixed-price IDIQ contract. REQUIREMENTS 10x Genomics consumables: Dual Index Kit TT Set A 96 rxns Chromium Next GEM Chip G Single Cell Kit, 16 rxns Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 3' Kit v3.1, 4 rxns ESTIMATED IDIQ AMOUNTS The ceiling is estimated to be $240,000.� The period of performance is for a period spanning 3 calendar years. Pending availability of funding, the basis for any potential award shall be Best Value to the Government, Price and the identified �Technical Factors� considered. All Technical Factors combined are significantly more important than price, however, in the event offers are considered essentially equal in terms of Technical Competence, price may become the determining factor in selection. Only one award will be made. Pursuant to FAR 52.212-2 the Criteria are 1) Technical Capability, 2) Past Performance and 3) Price Respondents SHALL SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING: Documentation showing technical capability to meet or exceed Performance Elements and Benchmarks in the SOW. Submit DUNS#. A completed copy of the provisions FAR 52-212.3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS. All responsible sources may submit a response which will be considered.
