Description

The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-1(b)(ii).� The proposed source is W. R. Engineering Limited of Ottawa, ON K1B 3V3, Canada.� The procurement is for Annual ShipIR/NTCS software support.�W.R. Davis Engineering Ltd is the original and sole source developer of the ShipIR/NTCS software. without any representation in the USA, and the�sole source for any additional licenses, technical support, and software improvements.���This is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for annual maintenance and support services for one year. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations.� Any questions should be directed to Angela R.
