- Description
- Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies approximately 31,763 ABOA SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.� The Government has identified a need for 8,200 ABOA SF minimum to a maximum of 8,610/ABOA of expansion space and is considering alternative space for the total requirement of 39,977 ABOA SF if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Delineated Area: To the north Franklin D. Roosevelt Ave. (PR-23). To the west Las Americas Expressway (PR-18). To the east Luis Mu�oz Rivera Ave. (PR-1). To the south Pi�ero Ave. (PR-17).
