Description
Requirement: 30 kVa Uninterrupted Power Supply The Government has a requirement for the removal and replacement of two (2) Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Systems at its Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) in Kauai, Hawaii. The Government requirement is the purchase and installation of (2) two new 30 Kilo Volt Amp (kVa) Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Systems including 100% of all materials, batteries, components, and hardware with a minimum run-time of (1) one hour under full load capacity. The requirement also includes the installation of (2) two wall mounted external maintenance bypass switches, and associated hardware. The Government prefers the UPS system be equipped with valve regulated lead-acid (VRLA) batteries. The Contractor will be responsible for all expenses associated with the delivery, installation (with licensed certified electricians) of the UPS system, removal and disposal per the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations of the existing EOL Eaton UPS system. The Contractor shall completely install and test under full load, the UPS system per Government specifications, and deliver a detailed run time and load capacity report of the UPS system to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all as built drawings, manuals, and capacity specifications of the UPS system. Installation of the new UPS units must fit into an 18.5� x 11.5� room without any encumbrances to perform regular maintenance. The Contractor shall deliver the two (2) UPS systems unassembled directly to PMRF to Kauai, Hawaii no later than 14 August 2021. The Contractor shall provide an estimated timeline of completion for the project. The Contractor shall be responsible for all travel and per diem expenses incurred during shipping and installation. No housing or meals will be provided by MDA. All delivery expenses shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and delivery shall be to the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) in Kauai, Hawaii.
