- Amendment 3 provides offeror's questions and Bureau answers to the solicitatoin.� Please see the attached amendment.� Response date is hereby extended until July 6, 2021. Amendment 0002 - Clarifies information in RFP.�� Also, attahced slides from Pre-Proposal Conference of May 20, 2021 Amendment 0001 - to incorporate additional Solicitation Provisions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for ��Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested, in accordance with the written Request for Proposals. This solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541720, with a small business size standard of $22M. The CFPB is seeking a Contractor to assist CFPB to execute research, experiments, and studies via the internet. The Contractor will carry out support tasks only, including providing support with CFPB�s submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) package; obtaining Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval, if necessary; recruiting and screening for high-quality participants; paying participants; and, possibly, matching study data with administrative data. Depending on the requirements of a study, participants may be paid a fixed amount, or they may be paid an amount that depends on their choices and/or the choices of other participants in the study. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on May 20, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.� To be included in this conference, you must notify both the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 17, 2021. Offerors may e-mail questions requesting clarification of the RFP to the Government via both the CO and CS no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time on May 27, 2021. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency.� �All interested companies shall provide a Proposal for the services detailed in the attachment 9531CB21R00005 - Online (Virtual) Research Support. Proposals shall be delivered via e-mail to both the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist, no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time on June 17, 2021.
