- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-21-Q-0406. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the following brand name Simulia ABAQUS License Renewal Products, no substitutions allowed, as specified in the attached Brand Name Specification: CLIN 0001: SIMULIA ABAQUS 6 Concurrent Viewer License, P/N: 5CP-QVW, Qty: 1, PoP: 8/15/2021 � 8/14/2022 CLIN 0002: SIMULIA ABAQUS 6 Extended Tokens, P/N: 5TP-QXT, Qty: 16, PoP: 8/15/2021 � 8/14/2022 *Option CLIN 0003: SIMULIA ABAQUS 6 Concurrent Viewer License, P/N: 5CP-QVW, Qty: 1, PoP: 8/15/2022 � 8/14/2023 *Option CLIN 0004: SIMULIA ABAQUS 6 Extended Tokens, P/N: 5TP-QXT, Qty: 16, PoP: 8/15/2022 � 8/14/2023 *Option CLIN 0005: SIMULIA ABAQUS 6 Concurrent Viewer License, P/N: 5CP-QVW, Qty: 1, PoP: 8/15/2023 � 8/14/2024 *Option CLIN 0006: SIMULIA ABAQUS 6 Extended Tokens, P/N: 5TP-QXT, Qty: 16, PoP: 8/15/2023 � 8/14/2024 The period of performance is from 8/15/2021 continuing through 12 months. This procurement is solicited on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 511210 as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The Small Business Size Standard is $41,500,000. Quotes shall include documentation that it meets all of the minimum specifications (brand name and authorized Abaqus reseller), price, delivery date, delivery terms (FOB destination to Newport, RI, and all shipping costs, if shipping is applicable) and the following additional information with submissions: point of contact (including phone number and email address, and CAGE code). This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. To be determined technically acceptable the quote must meet the brand name requirement with no substitutions and the offeror must be an authorized ABAQUS reseller. Failure to propose all the brand name required items will render your quote ineligible for award. The Government may consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular. The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: The Government has determined that this requirement includes an exception to Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) therefore, Section 508 requirements do not apply.
