Description

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a qualified contractor to service Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIBs) in accordance with HRMC-013-21 and HRMC-016-21. The required work shall take place at the contractor's facility on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. This solicitation is issued as RFQ N32253-21-Q-0054, a Firm Fixed Price total Small Business Set-aside.�The Delivery Date for this requirement is 10 JAN 2022. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-21-Q-0054. This solicitation will close on 02 JULY 2021, 1000 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.�The solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-03, DFARS (last updated 01/15/2021), and NMCARS 18-15. Questions:�shall be submitted, in writing via e-mail to the listed POCs by Wednesday, 23 JUNE 2021 at 1000 HST. The Government does not anticipate extending the due date for receipt of quotes, therefore, review the RFQ and these instructions thoroughly so all of your concerns/questions can be addressed.� Ship Check:��A Ship Check will be conducted on Friday, 18�JUNE 2021 at 1200 HST. To participate, please coordinate with the listed POCs to RSVP by Thursday, 17 JUNE 2021 by 0900�HST (or earlier if possible).�Interested parties must have JBPHH access to Pearl Harbor in order to participate in the ship check which will be tentatively�located at Mike Piers. � Please note the following: ��� �The Offer must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure established in the Solicitation. A price must be provided for both�CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 ��� �52.204-24: Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror ��� �52.204-26: Section (c)(1) and (c)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. ��� �Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 provides evaluations factors of which the submitted proposals will be evaluated (pay close attention here). ��� �52.212-3: This section must be filled out by the Offeror.
