- Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL has a requirement for Design Build HVAC Bldg. 1326 at Eglin AFB FL.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a size standard of $16.5M.� Statement of Magnitude is between $1,000,000 - $500,000,000.� This�is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competitive acquisition utilizing a best value source selection process and award will be made based upon the Best Value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. This project includes, but is not limited to the following, Design Build the removal and replacement of the� HVAC System including ductwork, AHUs, controls and associated equipment along with the modification or replacement of the existing fire suppression and fire alarm system located in Bldg. 1326 on Eglin AFB. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 12 May 2020 and the Amendment dated 07 July 2020. The performance period is 330 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP).� The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with the specifications. **Please submit any inquiries via email. **A site visit will be scheduled, target dates are May 24-26 and the exact day and time will be posted here. 5/18/21 - Amendment 001 to correct typo in project name�and update Section L/Offer Guarantee Requirement 5/19/21 - Site vist scheduled for Tuesday May 25 at 1:00 pm (1300 hours).� Meet in front of building beginning 12:30 pm (1230 hours) for sign in etc.� Please limit your teams to 2 attendees as the building is fully occupied and we are expecting a rather large turnout.�� 5/20/21 - Added revised Section L.� Includes Clause to support Bid Bond Req and extended deadline for questions to May 28 to allow for post site visit inquiries. 5/21/21 - Please RSVP if you plan to attend the Site Visit, and email for Base Pass Needs at least 24 hours ahead of the Site Visit. 5/24/21 - Map added for Site Visit. 5/27/21 - Added revised Section L.� Added language to accept PDF, removed language regarding printed submittals, and extended deadline for questions to June 7. 6/8/21 - Amendment 002 to Extended due date to 21 June, pending answers to RFIs and site visit photos.� 6/9/21 - SECOND SITE VISIT - 14 June 2021 at 1:00 pm (1300 hours).� Meet in front of building beginning 12:30 pm (1230 hours) for sign in etc.� Please limit your teams to 2 attendees as the building is fully occupied and we are expecting a rather large turnout again.�� 6/10/21 -�Please RSVP if you plan to attend the Site Visit, and email for Base Pass Needs at least 24 hours ahead of the Site Visit.� Please remember we are limiting access to two persons per firm.� Thank you! 6/11/21 - Sign In Sheet from first site visit added to attachments. 6/15/2021 - Amendment 003 to extend due date for questions extended to Friday June 18, 2021 and to extend due date for proposals extended to Friday July 9, 2021.
