- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Pacific Propeller International (Cage Code10210) located in Kent, WA, for Depot Level inspection, repair / overhaul, and test and check of 54H60-77 propeller components. The procurement will also include Propeller Assembly, Control Assembly, Propeller Spinner Assemblies (front and rear), Afterbody Assemblies (top and bottom), Deicer Contract Ring Assembly, and Bulkhead Assembly. This procurement will satisfy the intermediate and depot level requirements to support the Hellenic Navy P-3 Foreign Military Sales Program supported through Naval Air Systems PMA-290F. The rework and overhaul of the subject propeller components are critical to the Hellenic Navy Greece P-3B operational mission objectives. The support provided will include intermediate and depot level inspection, repair, assembly, test and check of components. This notice is a follow-up to the Sources Sought notice N68335-21-R-0266 posted on 4 June 2021. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.� All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.� All inquiries and concerns must be addressed to the procurement specialist, Mr. Michael Miller at Michael.t.miller7@navy.mil. Responses to this notice must be submitted by 30 June 2021.� A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government.� Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in a future competition.
