This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-05 effective 3/10/21. The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking to issue a firm fixed price contract for the safety inspection and refurbishment of the Barbara Lois Crane Winches and Motors at the Beaumont Reserve Fleet in accordance with the Statement of Work � Attachment 1, Solicitation and Contract Clauses, Invoicing Instructions and Wage Determination � Attachment 2 and Price Sheet � Attachment 3.
