Description

This solicitation reference # N6134021R0098 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation; Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-01 effective 2 October 2020. This procurement is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 562219 (Other Nonhazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal) with a size standard of $41.5M, PSC P100. This procurement will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) outlined in FAR Part 13. This solicitation and any amendment(s) will be provided through the Beta SAM website https://www.beta.sam.gov. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, Florida intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order on a competitive acquisition. Interested sources are encouraged to submit a proposal. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Below is the description of the requirement: The contractor shall dispose of Navigation, Seamanship, and Shiphandling Trainer (NSST) devices located at Naval Station (NS) Mayport, FL.
