- This is a solicitation for Mobile Occupational Health Surveillance and Laboratory Services prepared with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This anouncement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and this is the written solicitation. Solicitation number W912L721R0005 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective date 3/10/2021. This requiremnet is UNRESTRICTED, and the North American size standard is $16.5 Million. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621999. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this Agency. This award is subject to the Service Contract Act,�https://beta.sam.gov/content/home/, Carroll, Blount and Rutherford counties. The Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Offers are due in this office by Thursday, 24 June 2021 at 10:00 AM central standard time.
