AMENDMENT II This amendment amends the solicitation as followed: 1. Request for Information (RFI) Responses for Elevator Service Contract 2. Extends the Proposal due date from 18 June to 23 June _________________________________________________________ Amendment I This amendment amends the solicitation as follwed: 1. Provides revised ELINS and Elevator Inventory. Please disregard Inventory/ELINS sent w ith originial Solicitation. Only the ELINS/Inventory in this amendment are binding. 2. Request for Information (RFI Rresponses for ELevator Service Contract 3. Extends the Proposal due date from 4 June 2021 to 18 June 2021 Naval Station Newport in Newport, Rhode Island is seeking qualified companies to provide Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services for Naval Station Newport, Naval Health Clinic New England, Navy Gateways Inns & Suites and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport Rhode Island. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform elevator maintenance and repair services as described in the Performance Work Statement and associated attachments. The work will be accomplished under a combination Recurring/Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Non-Recurring/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option periods. Estimated contract start date is 1 August 2021.
