Amendment 1 and RFI answers are posted.� ******************************************************************************************** The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this acquisition is 237990. This requirement is full and open competition. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS The bid opening will be�conducted via Webex. Please visit the following webex at 1pm PST for�the bid opening :��https://usace1.webex.com/meet/mary.fronck� The work includes maintenance dredging of the federal navigation channel in San Joaquin/Port of Stockton Deep Water Ship Channels (DWSC)�to -35ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid over-depth and transporting of dredged material to various upland disposal sites per the requirements in the specifications and price schedule. All dredging material transportation and material placement shall be in accordance with the project plans, specifications, permits, regulatory guidance and applicable contract clauses. This requirement is for full and open competition�and will be awarded with a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
