- PROJECT TITLE: Design Build Incorporate/Integrate Double Ended Switchgear for Building 38 LOCATION: James A Haley Medical Center, Tampa, FL PROJECT SUMMARY: Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and design-build services necessary to incorporate into the existing Building 38 Electrical Switchgear a new Secondary Substation Transformer, Main Switchboard and Tie Breaker. The project is located at the James A Haley Medical Clinic. NCO 8 anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract to provide design build services. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 The solicitation will be issued on or about June 15, 2021. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web-site at www.fbo.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management www.sam.gov and VetBiz www.vip.vetbiz.gov .
