- Construction � WRD Main Office Fire Sprinkler and Alarm System Repairs Description:� USDA Forest Service, Kaibab National Forest, Williams Ranger District, has a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for � Construction: Repair of Williams Ranger District (WRD) Main Office Sprinkler System Contractors will be solely responsible for confirming existing conditions for both system through a diagnosis, assessing structural/layout issues and other pertinent component information as it pertains to their proposed installations and repairs. Existing gas piping and electrical will be re-used if adequate to service the systems. All existing utilities shall be protected in place. Location:� The project is located at the Williams Ranger District office, 742 S Clover Rd, Williams, AZ 86046. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Best Value � Tradeoffs.� Basis for Award: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� The Small business Size Standard is $16.5 Million under NAICS code 238990. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Davis-Bacon wages apply.
