Description

Services are required to upgrade and replace the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in Building 380. Upgrades will replace, and balance the HVAC system supplying conditioned air to Aerospace Physiology. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work outlined in this SOW and all attachments. The Contractor shall turn over a complete and usable product to the Government. All work shall comply with the attachments in Section 8, the Whole Building Design Guide (WBDG), the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and Unified Facility Criteria (UFCs). The acquisition will be set aside for�Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). The NAICS code for this�acquisition is�238220�and the applicable small business standard size is $16.5 M.�Any interested party may download a copy of the solicitation from this website once it has been released. Copies of the solicitation are not available for mailing. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. All prospective�offerors�must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Registration may be accomplished at website, https://www.sam.gov.
