- Description
- This requirement requires all personnel, management, and services necessary for the operation of the Department of the Navy (DON) Civilian Human Resources Benefits Contact Center (HRBCC). The Human Resources Benefits Contact Center is a telemarketing center, which provides a full range of benefit and support services to current and separated Navy civilian employees and prospective employees who have accepted positions with the DON.�� Prospective employees are defined as employees who have accepted a position with the DON, but are not processed in the personnel system.� The HRBCC is a dedicated single service contact center providing support to DON employees, located world-wide, seeking advice, guidance, and information about the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB), the Federal Employees Group Life Insurance (FEGLI), and the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) programs.
