- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Kentucky City: Louisville Delineated Area: ERO Louisville, KY 654 S. 7th Street, 64 E, to South on 65, to West on Eastern Parkway, onto to Algonquin Parkway, to North on Route 31W (S 22nd Street) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,213 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,420 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 3 months Firm Term: N/A Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
