Document Type:� Sources Sought Notice Solicitation Number: NB183000-21-01788 Title: ServiceNow Testing Tool Contracting Office Address Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division, 100 Bureau Drive, Building 301, Room B129, Mail Stop 1640, Gaithersburg, MD, 20899-1640 The US Department of Commerce (DOC), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) located in Gaithersburg, MD uses ServiceNow as a platform to provide various services to staff. To maintain the custom applications built on ServiceNow, NIST has requirements for a testing tool that can assist with automatic testing for ServiceNow applications. NIST has the need for automated testing tool to create and execute automated regression tests, and to complete end-to-end testing for business processes and functional testing of the entire platform, including out-of-box catalog items and custom applications. NIST also has the need to create test cases for all existing catalog items and custom applications. The contractor shall provide a subscription for one-year with 2 consecutive option years of ServiceNow automated testing software and one-year test case creation in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated June 10, 2021 4 pages.� The test cases shall cover all existing catalog items and custom applications on the NIST ServiceNow platform.� The suggested source is Tricentis USA Corp. Indication of whether the items required are currently on one or more GSA Schedule (i.e. Multiple Award Schedules [MAS]) contracts and, if so, the GSA MAS contract number(s) and SEWP Indication if the company(ies) can provide all, or some, of the item(s). Indication of number of days, after receipt of order that is typical for delivery of such item(s). Any other relevant information that is not listed above which the Government should consider in developing its minimum specifications and finalizing its market research.
