Description

The Arkansas Army National Guard is seeking sources to provide PC Virtual Postage Meter and Physical Postage Meter related services for the Arkansas Army National Guard at various locations throughout the State of Arkansas. This service is presently being performed on contract W912JF-16-F-0056 by Pitney Bowes Inc. The anticipated period of performance for the new contract will be 19 July 2021 through 18 July 2026, 1 Base Year (12 months) with 4 Option Years (12 months each), for a total of 5 years. Please note that this is not a solicitation, therefore the Government is not requesting pricing information at this time. Interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement based on the requirement described in the attached Statement of Work. Submissions shall be made by email only to Monica D. Walker at monica.d.walker.civ@mail.mil. All questions are to be submitted in writing only to monica.d.walker.civ@mail.mil by no later than 1:00 pm on Thursday, 17 June 2021. No questions will be answered via telephone. All questions will be addressed and posted as an attachment to the Request for Information-Sources Sought-Virtual and Physical Postage Meters. Please note that the Government�intends to�issue a Request for Quote at a future date, at which time�quotes will be evaluated on price and past performance only.� Due to the low dollar value of this requirement, a�Solicitation will not be issued.�
