- FEMA Temporary Housing Mission Rogue Valley Mobile Village Group Housing Site Contract W9127N21C0030�was awarded on 3�June�2021 in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) under the Presidential Declaration of Emergency�dated 10 September 2020 for the wildfires in Oregon. An after-the-fact justification and approval for unusual and compelling urgency was approved on 15 June�2021 and is�attached as required by FAR 6.305(b). This Justification is for the site preparation of mobile home units (MHUs) in Medford, Jackson County, Oregon. The period of performance for�the contract is 28�calendar days in total, which required performance to begin immediately to meet this schedule. The abstract from the limited competition invitation for bid�(W9127N21B0016) is also attached in accordance with FAR 14.403(b).
