Posted 15Jun2021 CONSTRUCTION / REPAIR Lift Station 49�-- Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for W52P1J-21-R-5014 This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding solicitation W52P1J-21-R-5014 for a design build construction project with work consisting of a new lift station; install new electric pumps and grinder; construct a new force main; sanitary sewer collector manholes; demolish, abandon, remove, and fill the previous lift station and force main; and build an embankment and concrete road access to the new lift station on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois. NAICS code 237110 Service code C1ND This is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will have all the necessary documents, including a scope of work. IAW FAR 36.204(e), the magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance and Payments Bonds are required for this project.
