Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials and equipment to provide POTABLE WATER MANAGEMENT SERVICES for three domestic water wells located at RAFB, GA. The domestic water wells need to be cleaned and inspected. Following the cleaning and inspection the findings need to be compiled into a detailed report.��The contractor must have a Georgia Water Well Contractor�s License from the GA EPD to be eligible to perform the work. Site visit will be held 23 June 2021 at 10:00 am.� RSVP by 21 June 2021 at 12:00pm to POC listed.� See attached Blank Affidavit for those that require base access.� Do not fill out blanks 2 through�23.�Contractors must complete the section asking them to answer the following questions by putting their initials in the yes or no column. In the applicant signature section just put their company name.� Affidavit due no later than 12:00pm on 21 June for processing.� Site visit meeting location will be at BLDG 1555 in the front lobby.��
