- I have been searching for such vehicle in Turkey, and I can deliver from Germany: YES. Must provide all sub-contracting paperwork prescribed in the solicitation in accordance with FAR. Do you prefer local indigenous License Plate on them? YES. Must have Turkey license plate What would be the specific aspects of the armor, will bullet proof windows do, or do you require something like Military Inventory APCs or like.� The armorer European minimum armorer level is VPAM 7.� The English minimum armorer level is B6. Please find the attached document explaining the minimum armorer requirements. Are these 2 x each up armored type CIVILIAN model vehicles, like for VIPs?�Yes, the civilian model vehicles that are armored to the European VPAM 7 or English B6 level. These are broke down in categories of up armored vehicles, Class, 7, 5 etc. do you know what class these have to be?�The armorer European minimum armorer level is VPAM 7.� The English minimum armorer level is B6.
