Description: This is a design-build project to to renovate vacant rooms on the 2nd floor offices of Bldg. 5616 in accordance with the Statement of Work and specifications. The New FMA section will be area 1, and the new CMD section will be area 2. Both area 1 and area 2 will consist of the 95% and 100% design; Construction will be completed for area 1. Bid Option number 1 will be for the construction of the new CMD section, area 2.
