Description
Objective The FDA CBER Office of Biostatistics and Epidemiology is seeking Anaconda Teams software or equal for the HIVE. Enterprise level products such as HIVE require software to provide uninterrupted stability and functionality. Requirements The Contractor shall provide Anaconda Team Edition software or equal to include all of the tools and abilities of the Anaconda/Conda Python distribution outlined above, as well as additional proprietary tools for analysts, developers, and IT managers. Anaconda Team Edition or equal features shall provide users access to a private mirror of not only the Anaconda Python repository, but also additional PyPi or Cran repositories where needed. Also, shall provide developers with access to a custom installer tool, allowing them to bundle their private packages, as well as public packages, into a single binary executable for others in the organizations to run in a completely offline environment. Finally, IT staff shall be given granular access to see all packages and user activity within a single GUI infrastructure and are able to assign package access based on user permission and authentication protocols. Salient Characteristics and Specifications for Anaconda Teams or Equal: The Contractor shall ensure that the proposed solution meets the following salient characteristics. Compatibility: The functional specifications of the software are as follows: Shall provide a clearinghouse for build artifacts (packages and libraries) - along with their metadata - at enterprise scale. Shall make it easy to distribute consumable artifacts, package managers and CI servers to retrieve and store the artifacts and their dependencies during the development lifecycle. Shall integrate with enterprise content management, including CVE alerts. Shall provide comprehensive history of repository events to ensure governance and security. Shall deliver an ecosystem with a governance layer that ensures our team to stay in collaboration. The contractor shall provide support as follows: A guide for the software that documents server management, user authentication, access and security configuration. Priority Email Support Email support with an eight (8) hour response turnaround during Eastern Standard Time Zone business hours Make available patches, workarounds or other updates to Anaconda Team Edition. Instructions to Quoters: Quoters shall submit a complete pricing for all products listed in this RFQ. Partial quotes will not be considered. Incomplete pricing or pricing with omissions may not be considered for award. Quoters should ensure that their initial submission represents their best pricing and that all information is provided to determine technical acceptability. The Government will not research items to determine compatibility; all information regarding compatibility must be contained within the quotation. Pricing format should be similar to the table in section 5. Quotations shall meet all the requirements of this solicitation in order to be considered technically acceptable. Quoters shall submit all assumptions in their quotation. Quoter shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer, authorized reseller and/or servicing agent of the software manufacturer. Quoter shall notify the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer immediately if this requirement is registered by a reseller with the OEM Quotes shall meet all the salient characteristics in Section 4 of this solicitation.� Quotes should contain all requirements outlined in Section 3 of this solicitation. Equal to Quotes must submit Technical volume with detailed point-by-point description of how the equal to product meets all the salient characteristics of this solicitation in Section of this solicitation. Evaluation: All quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. All quotes will be evaluated on proposed products that meet or exceed all the salient characteristics specified in Section. Section 508 Product Accessibility. Basis For Award All quotations will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The award will be made to the lowest price Quoter that demonstrates they can meet all the requirements of this solicitation. Failure to demonstrate meeting any of the requirements will result in a rating of technically unacceptable and will not be considered for award.
