Description
Project� Description: FY21 OMA Replace HVAC System, Battery Randolph U.S. Army Museum, Fort Derussy This firm-fixed price Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project includes mechanical and electrical improvements to upgrade the air conditioning system U.S. Army Museum of Hawaii in Battery Randolph.� The new air condition system will be a variable air volume with central station air handling units (AHU) for the ground floor and constant volume fan coil units (FCU) for the second floor.� A dedicated outside air supply unit (DOAS) will provide conditioned outside air to each AHU and FCU.� Electrical work includes removing the existing pad mounted transformer and replacing with new, replacing and upgrading existing secondary conductors. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $1M and $5M.� Interested CONTRACTORS shall should the following: � Name of firm with address, phone and point of contact. DUNS/CAGE code, registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov��������� Size Status (i.e., large business, small business, 8(a), HUBZone, service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB)). Bonding capability for single contract action in the estimated magnitude of this project. The Statement of Capability (SOC) for this sources sought is not expected to be a proposal, but rather short statements regarding the company�s ability to provide existing-or-developed expertise and experience in relation to the areas specified herein. �In SOC state your skills, experience, knowledge, and equipment required to perform the specified type of work. This should include information of past specialized experience and technical competence in performing similar projects, up to three (3) past projects for which your firm was the prime contractor. The SOC should be no more than two pages in length. Firms responding to this sources sought, who fail to provide ALL of the required information requested, will NOT be used to assist the Government in the acquisition decision, which is the intent of this sources sought synopsis. Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. It is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of potential qualified contractors before determining the method of acquisition. �
