Description

35704 - FOSC - Move Heat Pump Unit Sources Sought The National Park Service requests information from small business vendors registered as small businesses under NAICS 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a size standard of $16.5M or that meets that size standard and can perform the work. Vendors interested in submitting a proposal for this requirement should send a Statement of Qualifications. Submit information to the Contract Specialist, Adam Kircher, at adam_kircher@nps.gov, no later than (NLT) 2:00 PM CT on June 23, 2021. All costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey shall be the responsibility of the firm. Any information submitted is voluntary. The Contracting Officer will make an acquisition strategy decision based on the results of this market survey and a future solicitation may be issued as unrestricted without further consideration. The Work consists of the following: The work for this project consists of disconnecting the existing heat recovery unit (HRU-1) without damage to the unit or the existing electrical and refrigerant service lines from the existing junction box. The existing HRU-1 unit shall be relocated and mounted on a Contractor poured concrete pad at a location approximately 150� from the current location. All work will be located at Fort Scott National Historic Site, 1 Old Fort Boulevard, Fort Scott, Kansas 66701. The National Park Service anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is: Between $25,000 and $100,000. Period of Performance: 55 calendar days from Notice to Proceed Paper copies of this announcement will not be provided.
