- This is a Sources Sought Notice (hereinafter ""Notice"").�� This Notice is an essential step in determining market interest and feasibility in accordance with FAR Part 10 and is for information and planning purposes only. This Notice is solely for the Government's use as a market research tool.� This Notice does not constitute a request for proposals, a solicitation, or a request for quotes.� If determined appropriate, then both a synopsis and a solicitation may be anticipated in the June/July timeframe.� DLA Energy is seeking responsible and eligible sources capable of meeting DLA Energy�s Turbine Fuel Aviation, Thermally Stable (JPTS) requirements for OSAN AB, in South Korea. Product specification, quality and inspection requirements, and JPTS supplier eligibility are identified in Attachments 1-3. DLA Energy anticipates that deliveries shall be made an FOB Destination basis via Tank Truck. The projected annual JPTS requirements are as follows: Place of Performance: 51 LRS LGRF OSAN AB BLDG 334 PYEONGTAEK, SI SONGTAN CITY KR 459 120 JPTS Requirements: Base Year:� ����������������� 925,000 USG Option Year 1:������������ 925,000 USG Option Year 2:� ����������� 925,000 USG *Special Requirements: Vendor needs to ensure a 4 inch outlet valve is on the receipt truck to connect hoses. All responsible sources, capable of providing the JPTS requirement above are encouraged to submit a response to this Notice.� All information received will be considered.� Failure to respond to this Notice does not preclude a firm from offering on any resultant solicitation; however, a lack of interest in this requirement may keep this effort from moving forward competitively. Responses to the notice are due on June 30, 2021, at 3:00 pm Eastern Time.� All interested parties are hereby invited to submit a capability statement of no more than three pages, and no smaller 12 point font.� The Government will evaluate each capability statement based on the interest�s demonstrated qualifications and capabilities in production of JPTS. More specifically, capability statements should include the following information as appropriate and as applicable:� 1)�������� Interested parties are to provide the name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, address of firm, email of designated point of contact and CAGE code. 2)�������� Discuss your statement of interest, ability, and approach (including rationale) to supply JPTS to the Government. 3)�������� Would your interested firm supply JPTS to the Government? If so, please provide an estimated minimum and maximum quantity for monthly and yearly production capacity. Please note that the solicitation number may be revised on future updates.
