Description

PURCHASE AND INSTALL A NEW MEDIA DESK VIDEO SYSTEM AT THE NATIONAL WEATHER OFFICE AT 11691 SW 17TH STREET MIAMI, FL 33165-2149 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 334310.� The small business size standard is 750 employees. New work, no incumbent.� The Contractor is responsible for supplying all the required items and installation per attached Statement of Need. BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT PER JUSTIFICATION IN ATTACHED POSTING.� See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR WILL OR WILL NOT STATEMENT PER 52.204-24 (OCT 2020) UNLESS YOUR REPS AND CERTS HAVE BEEN UPDATED IN SAM PER 52.204-26 (OCT 2020). A site visit is highly recommended but not required. Vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
