Description

This notification is to announce the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Panama City Division�s intent to enter sole-source negotiations and subsequently award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to �Atlas North America (ANA) Cage Code 66CN9 ; 120 Newsome Drive, Suite H, Yorktown, VA 23692 in accordance with FAR 5.201 subpart (b)(1)(i). This requirement includes but is not limited to: Depot level repair, engineering, maintenance, modifications; management of explosives safety program-requirements; management of live and inert ordnance program-requirements; management of ordnance handling equipment (OHE) program- requirements; and spare parts procurement in support of the SEAFOX MNS. This sole source action is authorized under the provisions of� FAR 6.302-1 (statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)), Only One Responsible Source and no supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and a solicitation will not be issued.� However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, �which shall be considered by the agency.
