- The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Vanguard XXI for Leadership Development Anti-Fragility Training for Behavioral Analysis Unit Analysts, Profilers, and FBI leaders. This service will encompass operational resiliency and create an experiential learning environment for attendees. The sole source requirement is to acquire these services of doctors trained in the disciplines of psychology located in West Virginia for the Behavioral Analysis Units Leadership Development Anti-Fragility Training for their Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG).� Period of Performance:� 07/13/2021 - 07/16/2021 This three day off-site is a holistic approach to creating an experiential learning environment for analysts, profilers and FBI leaders.� Using concrete experiences, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation, participants engage in a holistic learning process with the end state of empowering them to pursue a lifestyle of resiliency and anti-fragility as transformational moral leaders in their personal and professional lives who elevate, expand, refine, and forge people and teams with excellence, ethos, and empowerment.�� Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Beanchor Liggins by email. The email address is bmliggins@fbi.gov.
