- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�California City:�McClellan Delineated Area:�City Limits of McClellan Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�5,911 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�5,911 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�10 Parking Spaces (Surface):�10 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�0 Full Term:�180 Months / 15 Years Firm Term:�120 Months / 10 Years Option Term:�N/A Additional Requirements: Minimum of 2,300 SF of warehouse space (inclusive). Office and warehouse space must be contiguous. A single story, stand-alone building preferred and must have a grade level roll-up door(s). Warehouse must be able to accommodate the storage of trailers, vehicles, boats with engines, firearms equipment (safes and ammunition), freezers, field gear, evidence, sensitive equipment, and large deceased animal carcasses. Location with limited public visibility away from churches, schools, and similar facilities. � Additional requirements to be stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in McClellan, CA that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
