Description

PROJECT TITLE: Bid Build Pool Deck Rejuvenation/Repair LOCATION: James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33612 PROJECT SUMMARY: Contractor shall provide the labor, materials, manpower, supervision, and equipment needed to perform diamond grinding, pressure washing, basecoat, texture, signature integrated color system and clear sealer with slip resistant additive of pool deck area. The period of performance is 35 days from Notice of Award. The magnitude of construction is less than $25,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 17, 2021. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management www.sam.gov and VetBiz www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of proposal submission. NOTE: This notice replaces 36C24821Q0993. They are the same requirement but the new number is 36C24821R0158.
