- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation will be solicited under SOLE SOURCE to MilesTek, Inc. Solicitation FA857121Q0045 is a request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective 10 March 2021. NAICS 334220 Small Business Size Standard: 1,250 employees This requirement is for the purchase of compact couplers listed in the schedule below. Delivery: 10 Days ARO FOB Destination Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) A statement regarding the applicability of the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision. If this provision is not used, describe the evaluation procedures to be used. When submitting a quote, please include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
