Description

Amendment 0002 will correct the number of test required per year on CLINs 002 and 1002. Please refer to attached�AMENDMENT 0002-W91YTZ-21-Q-0128. This Amendment 0001 will provide clarification on questions received in reference to Solicittation W91YTZ21Q0128. This Amendment will change Quotes submission date from Jun 15, 2021; 4:00 PM (EST) to June 21, 2021, 4:00 PM (EST). The contractor shall provide Martin Army Community Hospital (BMACH), USAMEDDAC Fort Benning, Georgia laboratory with new automated hematology analyzers on a cost per test basis. Question are Due: 1 June 2021, 4:00 PM (EST) Quotes are Due: 21�June 2021, 4:00 PM (EST)
