Description

This procurement is for the delivery of ECPINS 6.2.1.2 craft set and ECPINS Radar HMI craft set licenses. These licenses are proprietary to�OSI Maritime Systems Ltd.�Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, Florida intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order with OSI Maritime Systems Ltd.�(Cage Code 2C063).�This purchase order was�issued under the authority of 10. USC 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii) �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� The redacted Determination for Sole Source Justification has been attached to this announcement. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
