Description

The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) and NAVINTEL are positioning themselves to incorporate Open Source (OS)/Publicly Available Information (PAI) business intelligence tools to enhance their product lines with timely and relevant information on the nature, make up, and associations of companies that fall within its mission sets. These business intelligence tools it is seeking to acquire will access OS/PAI and proprietary data repositories through licenses/subscriptions to web or cloud-based solutions that are commercially available off the shelf (COTS) systems. ONI and NAVINTEL will not consider any software/hardware-based solutions nor entertain offers to create or build a solution. �See the attached SOW.
