- TDVG212456 Replace Chiller Unit Building 125. The contractor shall provide all materials and labor required to Replace Chiller Unit and carpet Building 125 (Collins Center) at the Alpena CRTC in Alpena, MI 49707.� The intent of this contract is to Remove, dispose and replace the existing Trane 60 ton Chiller Unit Model #CGAFC604AFA1A0CDF0H000000-T0W00, Chiller Circulating drive pumps and all carpet at Building 125. Contractor is responsible for all remaining work effort in order to provide an acceptable final product that meets the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, and drawings.� All work performed under this SOW shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and codes, ANG policies and regulations. The projects magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This requirement is a 100% total set-aside for Small Business concerns. Offers from other than Small Business concerns will not be considered. For Small Business information see http://www.sba.gov/. The following NAICS code 236220: Commercial and Institutional Bldg. Construction will apply with the Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. This project will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. The successful contractor will be chosen via Invitation for Bid procedures that result in the best value to the Government. ��All information required for submission of an offer will be identified in the solicitation. Solicitation W50S86-20-B-0001 information will be advertised electronically on or about 31 May 2021 at https://beta.sam.gov/ with an anticipated award date of 4 September 2021. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. This synopsis of proposed contract action is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to pay for any information, issue a solicitation, or award a contract. The synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. Paper copies will not be available. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation.�� Closing is anticipated to be on or about 31 June 2021.�� All interested��parties must be registered in System for Award management (SAM) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A prior to the award.
