- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Project: Hypersonics Lab Renovation, Building 655, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH Solicitation #: W912QR21R0058 SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W912QR21R0058 for Hypersonics Lab Renovation at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH. As part of the solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements: Siemens HVAC Control Software and associated hardware � The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand requirement for a Siemens HVAC Control Software and associated hardware. This software and hardware are required for the Building 655 Hypersonics Lab Renovation to be able to tie into the current base-wide system that WPAFB has standardized on. *This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.� All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein.
