Description: This requirement for BA-30 Parachutes was awarded on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).�Butler Parachute Systems, Inc. are�the only source that has the acquired the ""Safe to Fly"" Memorandum from Human Systems Division, AFLCMC/WNUK at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, and is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the LPP.�Additionally a class justification was also published by AFLCMC�regarding these parachutes. This justification extends until�2023. This is NOT a request for quote.
