Description: This is a Request for Qualifications Package. See attached Pre-solicitation Notice for more details and Evaluation Criteria. See�attached SOW with its attachments for project details. Background: The lagoons currently are unable to function as originally designed.�There is vegetation, primarily cattails, growing in the south secondary and tertiary ponds that is�causing damage and limiting the effectiveness of the lagoons� function. Air Force policies governing the current contaminant (PFOS/PFOA) situation prohibit the base from discharging out of the lagoon system.
