- � � � � � � � � � � � � � Future Subsonic Demonstrator Risk Reduction Activities This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center to solicit and award multiple contracts for the �Future Subsonic Demonstrator Risk Reduction Activities� to assist NASA in reducing the risk and cost of potential future flight demonstration procurement(s) that support accomplishing global sustainable aviation goals, the Mid-Term Community Outcomes, and the NASA ARMD critical commitment associated single-aisle seat class subsonic transports. See attached Solicitation and Statement of Work documents for additional information. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Offerors should monitor the beta.SAM.gov website for any amendments to the RFP. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.� NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
